Our optical service has been established more than 50 years ago in the heart of downtown Montreal corner Metcalfe and Sherbrooke Street. We are a multigenerations familly institution offering a personalized service with many years of experience to your benefit.

History
Our first optical family services started in 1925 in Alexandria Egypt with my Grand-Father Félix. Our current Montreal Store was opened in 1972 by my Father Roland, corner Sherbrooke and Metcalfe. It will be our pleasure to receive you in our office to offer you an exceptional service.
Service
For a personnalized service we count on Dre. April Wootten optometrist to do your eye exam. With our onsite lab we can offer a faster delivery of your glasses!
We accept direct payment from most group insurance , as well as the Nunavik Inuit Beneficiary Card.

I have worked full-time as an Optometrist for 30 years, with a special interest in alternative medicine and holistic healing modalities. My approach is intuitive, soulful and personal, as this is what keeps my work meaningful, fresh and interesting to me after all this time! I do my exams in 5+ languages and am so blessed to be able to practice here in Montreal, a multicultural haven....I work with people of all ages, backgrounds and ethnicies, which enables me to broaden my outlook on humanity and feel like I am travelling, even when I am not....
I see my role as a primary health care provider, treating patients with refractive errors and other conditions, whilst referring appropriately those patients who need treatment for glaucoma and various other eye diseases, as well as Lasik, cataract and other surgeries.

Became an Optician in 1994, I took over my father's business in 2003. With more than 20 years in the business it will be my pleasure to receive you in our offices. We offer a personalized service, made to order with our in house lab.
